Cascadia Running Camp is built on a simple belief: young runners thrive when they’re supported in both body and mind. Our camp blends purposeful training, trail exploration, and evidence-based mental skills coaching to help athletes develop confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to the sport.

Set in the beautiful Port Gamble Uplands, Cascadia offers an inclusive environment where athletes learn to challenge themselves, build community, and grow—not just as runners, but as humans.
